Burlingame Planning Dept info regarding Conditional Use Permits (currently Mercy has one) and lot size/home frontage/etc.
Sisters of Mercy Property currently zoned R-1 with 10,000 sq ft lot minimum!
Current Conditional Use Permit for Sisters of Mercy property (ie, how many residents/users are currently allowed), which would need to be changed by the city for the project.
Burlingame's new General Plan specifically calls for high density development in North Burlingame and along the Rollins corridor near public transportation. It mentions preserving old established neighborhoods such as the Easton Addition.
